Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
